4/28/12

So I started a new diet:
Brewer Diet
Breakfast :  Strawberry Banana Smoothie: I add 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 2cups fruit, and water until it blends smooth.
Lunch: 8oz steak and a Organic Spring Lettuce and Spinach Salad with Hard Boiled Egg, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Yellow Bell Pepper, and Light Ranch Dressing
Snack: Pop Corn! (It's a whole grain!!!)
Dinner: 9oz Pan Fried Chicken Breasts, 1 cup Broccoli Tossed in butter, Brown Rice with Butter
Snack: 2oz Dark Chocolate


   I felt soo energetic even eating this much food!
